New Forms - links

I tried inserting a link to a rich text on the new form and would like to attach a couple document links like  the "Include Links" shown in the example. I have been able to insert the URL, but not been able to display a particular text instead of the url address.  Is this a glitch with the new form or am I missing a step somehwere?

    Figured it out!  First I needed to type in the Text, highlight it and THEN click on the link icon.
