Notification error

I've some formula email fields and want to sent notification to those fields.


But this gives the error:
'[Requestor_Email1]' is not a recognized Quick Base user. '[Requestor_Email2]' is not a recognized Quick Base user.

How to set up notification to sent to emails that are in 'Formula Email' field.
Any help Appreciated.

    By default your quickbase account wont allow you to send notification emails to people that are not 'Users' of the application.

    However, you can submit a support case to have them change the settings on your account to allow for this.  
    It doesn't cost any extra, but has to be requested but an account admin.

    (i'm not sure why they don't just open this up by default already)

    The issue here is with the 'Notification' functionality which doesn't recognize the 'Formula Email' field.
    The error it gives is:

    '[Requestor_Email1]' is not a recognized Quick Base user. '[Requestor_Email2]' is not a recognized Quick Base user.

    I'm able to sent email notification to non-quickbase user (just tested it for a single user).
    Here i want to enable notification for multiple users by setting up the formula email fields in the 'Notify Whom' field.

      That is odd, I'm not sure on this one.  I've never used the notifications like that.

      trouble shooting ideas;
      - Try just one field
      - is the spelling correct? you have an underscore in the picture..
      - try making a new formula email address field, and put your email in it.
      ....
