Office Hours

Last week I scheduled office hours with Sam for Friday; I waited for almost the entire 1 hour, but the meeting didn't happen.

I signed up for office hours again for today; I waited about 20 minutes, no one signed into the meeting.

What's going on?

    Hi!  This is Sam: Host of Office Hours. 

    I appreciate folks giving me the benefit of the doubt here... but honestly, this one is on me.  I was on vacation both Friday and Monday and *thought I had removed those dates from the Office Hours Calendar... but I didn't :(.  I'm sorry to leave you guys waiting for me to join!  I will be there Today and I have scheduled office hours events out through to December 20th.  However, I will spend some time this week cleaning up the calendar to ensure this type of thing doesn't happen again.  Thank you for your understanding.  Hope to see you all again soon!

    Same here.  I do remember in the past he tried sending a notification thru Zoom that the meeting was not being held, but I did not get the notification.  Maybe the same thing happened here?

      Exactly!  I remember when he had to cancel one time because he was sick; he sent a cancellation of the meeting with that note.

      I just signed up for the next few office hour days (starting with today).  Hopefully one of these days there will be an actual meeting.
