Qrew LegendYou would search or create a temporary report to show the invalid entries which need to be updated.
Then use either Grid Edit, taking advantage of the ability to edit the top row field and then clicking the column heading to highlight the column and then right click to fill down.
Alternatively, if here are too many to easily Grid Edit, or else in view mode, use the Search and Replace off he "more" button.
