Old form: label on the left side instead above an input field.

Question

I want my Alt Text field label to show above the field on the form instead of on the left side of it. I know there is a way I just cant remember. I am using the old forms. I've attched a photo. The part highlighted in green is what I am aiming to do. The part in red is what I need to fix. Please help :)
