Only show checkbox fields that are checked after saving record

I have various fields on a form that are check boxes. I want to only show the fields that were 'checked' once the record is saved. Is there a way to do that? I do not want a report but rather make the...

Curious... How many checkboxes are we talking about?

Any reason you can't use a "multi-select" field?

Or a child table?

The options have waaayyy more than the 40 character limit for multi-select. I wish that limit would go away.
