If those charts will always float around those levels, are you able to create a dummy entry called 'Control', and hard set it to be like 240, so it will always top out at 250? I don't love the idea because of course on the very right (or left, depending on how you name it so it alphabetizes), you have a random bar called control, but perhaps it is an option?
