Pipeline - Quickbase to google sheets not operating correctly.

Hello! I am trying to create a pipeline which when a record is updated in QuickBase, then it updates the same record in my Google Sheets. If there is no matching record id in Google Sheets, then I want it to create a new record in both Google Sheets and Quickbase. I am wondering whether I put QB fields in the append and update steps, or if I put the GS fields in those spots.
