Hi Chayce, thanks for responding! I'm trying what you said, but am getting stuck on the loop I think because I'm not seeing the status options in the 2nd table. I'm going to keep messing with it.
I'm using "Search Records" in step B. Should I try "Look up a Record"?

When you say you're not seeing the status options - does that mean that it's not available as a field when you're picking the fields to include or is it there and the options aren't showing? The search records is fine as long as you're also using the loop and querying properly.

If you intend to update Status in your loop then you need to include the Status field that you intend to update in the search step where you have the fields to include. Right now you just show the address, so add status in there and it will appear as a field you can update if that field is actually editable in the table.

It worked! Thank you!! I was also having trouble with the field matching on the Search and Loop, but figured it out. You are the best!
