Pipeline and linked child tables

I am working on a pipeline to convert an opportunity to a project.   I have that all built and all the fields put in .  HOwever, I have 3 child fields (quotes, activities, and documents) and the recor...

A few clarifying questions for you:

  • The tables - Quotes, Activities, and Documents - do these already have a relationship to the Project?
  • Is it necessary to differentiate between child records created during the course of the Opportunity vs those created specifically during the Project phase?
  • Do you need to bring any information up from these child records to the Project record (Summary fields)?
  • Do you need to bring any information down from the Project to these child records (Lookup fields)?
