Pipeline Failure Notification

Is it possible to setup a pipeline to send an email or Slack notification if a pipeline has a failure? Or perhaps an account setting somewhere? I haven't found anything to automate this.

    I know that you can use the Outlook channel to send an email, but if it fails before that step it wont ever get to run. It would be nice to have a built in action for error handling, similar to a Try catch in software development. If you submitted an idea in Quickbase Uservoice, you'd have my vote.
