Pipeline Linked Resource Error

Hi There, I have a series of pipelines that push notifications about product changes to our manufacturing team on slack. 

The pipelines are set to trigger on a record update, there is a 45sec pause to ensure last modified info updates and the message is sent. 

The messages come through to slack without any issues but there is a linked resource error. This error contains no input/output, just the error message "Link not created. Linking is not applicable for resource (C) Message"

Again, the pipeline is working without issue and posting all relevant information. But this error message is slowly picking away at my sanity and I would love to remove it. 

I would appreciate any insight/recs.
