Pipeline Scheduling - Relative Dates

I have a pipeline that I need to run every other Sunday. Is there a way to schedule Pipelines to run on relative dates, like bi-weekly?

    I suggest making a checkbox field to calculate of its an on week or an off week. Then have the pipeline run weekly but check that flag field as a first step and STOP if it's an off week.
