What's the error you're getting? I'm doing this also and it works for me. The pipeline looks like this:

I have the same setup with the exception my trigger is daily. I get a "Remote service reported an error: Bad Request" error. This is when I use the Mime Type as a gsheet. I have tried this booth with just the file name and also the FileName.gsheet.
