Pipelines_Bulk Upsert_Remove Records_Query

I want to remove records where FID's 9, 10, & 11 are blank. I am using query {9.LT.1}AND{10.LT.1}AND{11.LT.1}, but it isn't working. Any ideas? Here is an example from the activity log: ...

Not tested but when I cheat and look at the expanded URL for a report looking for blank it gives me this

{'33'.EX.''}

    Thanks Mark. I used {9.EX.''}AND{10.EX.''}AND{11.EX.''} and it worked. The syntax in jinja is slightly different.
