@Jeff Elliott If your field is a Rich Text field you can use HTML right in-line with the field references.
So
{{Name}}<br>{{Address}}Where "<br>" is a line break tag.
If it is a multi-line text field you can pass it as you have written.
{{Name}}{{Address}}Let me know if that does the trick!
