Pipelines Gmail Channel, Fetching Linked Records

I have created a pipeline to send an email via Gmail, and I have selected the only option available for 'Link (advanced)'. Now I'm trying to create another pipeline so I can identify which messages received from Gmail are linked to the original email sent.

How do I fetch a linked record?
