Pipelines: "Unable to Show All Options"

I'm getting this error on a few specific tables within my application when I try to reference them in a pipeline. I get an error message - "Quickbase Reported an Error - No Error" and then when I try to select fields from the "fields" drop down I get the yellow dot that states not all the options could be displayed. I have tried reconnecting and a new user token with no luck. This is not happening to all tables in the app, only a few.

We did just transfer the app from one realm to another. But I have severed all cross-realm relationships in these tables. So, I'm not sure what else it could be.... anyone experience this before?
