Pop Up windows in new forms

This is just how the forms work for now. Your options vary based on your use case - you can remove the 'view' in your report so that they can only open in edit if your foresee it being an issue, you can instruct users to close the pop up and hit edit, or you can make your own 'edit' button that you place on the form. With the 3rd option, the button will actually change the entire page though - not just the pop up.
