Popups in Kanban

When we move from one task to another, or from one lead processing to another, a box automatically pops up with notes asking why it is being moved from one to another. This would be from a kanban report. Is this possible?

    That's not something that would be possible with native Quick Base. You would probably need to explore the possibility of a creating a custom code page.
