If anything native in Quick Base is going to work - you might be able to do a POST webhook and do an append API call to your google sheet. I found this from a minute or two of digging.

If you want to go that route - I'd recommend testing it out using Postman, as you're going to have a really hard time trying to actually do your Webhook and get any kind of debugging info back in Quick Base. This will give you better access to the response trying your POST there and then copying your info into a Quick Base Webhook.
Alternatively - Workato has an out of the box Google Sheets connector that makes this really easy to work with too.
