Preventative Maintenance App that can track PM's and capture new WO's.

A while ago, a user asked this question and you replied to it. I wanted to know if you could share this app again. Here is the question he provided.  Anybody know of a decent facility management app on the exchange that could be used and modified to track preventative maintenance schedules and tasks.
