Pull values from a report into an external dropdown

I need to take the values of a report with one column and pull them into an input dropdown that's on our company website. I am unsure how to do this. Is it possible to have a webhook update a text ...

Roughly how many choices do you think you will amass in your website dropdown? Will new choices be added regularly, or is it a relatively static list to choose from?

    The list is a list of open requisitions for jobs, so it does need to be updated on a regular basis but we're probably only talking about 5-10 items.
