Put multiple fields on x axis of bar graph

I have a survey that has 10 questions. I want to create a bar graph that has each question on the x axis and summary counts of the answers on the y axis which creates a stacked bar chart. The y axis is fine but how do I create the x axis?

The questions need to be child records. Where each question is value of a field, and not the name of the field.

Then you can group the questions on the x, and number of answers / number of correct answers on the y.

This set up will give you a much better long term success for the app and possible changes to the 'quiz'
