Qrew Legend... What happens if you open up that file attachment field to everyone on the Internet. I know you know you may not want to do that permanently but does it get around the problem temporarily. That would tell us whether it's a permission problem.

------------------------------It resolved the issue so I'm good with it. The links are internal use only so don't see an issue.
I tested having myself removed from one of the other apps that had the attachment and source file for the link. I still didn't have trouble seeing it when I clicked the link.
