QB Form Linked to Website

Hi. I'm fairly new to QB so apologies if this topic has already been covered. I tried to do some research but was unsuccessful.

So I create a form on QB (Application form) and I'd like to embed it on my website. I added permissions on the form to "Everyone on the internet" but don't know how to embed it on the website. Is there a link to the form I can find somewhere?
  • Hi Misty,

There are a few ways that forms can be made accessible on a website. The easiest is to link directly to the form in your Quick Base app. This would take people to your app where it lives in Quick Base so they can fill in the form and using the Everyone on the Internet role you can limit them down to just being able to add that form.

Alternatively we do have a tool, our Webform Wizard, that helps you to pull the code to embed a webform on your page that you can find here:

I hope this information is helpful Misty and thank you for your time.
  • Hi Evan,

This was very helpful! Thanks so much for the quick response.
