QuickBase API failing in China region

Hi,

Has anyone in this community have users in China that have experienced QuickBase API call errors such as these:

The users have used VPN, they are able to log in, but cannot proceed with anything else. So they are stuck. 

It could be the firewall, but we are trying to figure out solutions.

Thoughts if anyone else has seen this...

    Hi Sandra - were you able to get this resolved? If not - I would reach out to QB support to get their thoughts. I have had experience where certain certain JS libraries are blocked in China - but not specifically the API. My experience at the time wasn't specific to the REST API since I was still using the HTTP API, but at the time that did work.
