Quickbase App Issues

I am trying to get the Quickbase app to load on our Samsung tablets that we have at our manufacturing plant, however whenever I try to log in with the app on our company's realm I get various error messages. One of the tablets has a message ending in "net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE", and the other has one ending in "net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". If you would like me to send a screenshot I can do that as well.
