Quickbase Notifications to Leaders

Are you sending them to internal users or external contacts? If you go into your table settings where these entries are occurring you can create notifications that go to specific users or roles within your app - or you can make it an open email that you can send to non-Quickbase users as well. Each table will have their own setup for notifications that you can setup.
