QuickBase Pipelines Trigger Issue (Google Sheets Pipeline)

Question

When I try to have a pipeline get triggered by "Row updated", it doesn't work; the pipeline only works when I manually sync the pipeline. Has anyone ever ran into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Context:
I've successfully synced google sheets to quickbase via pipelines. Now, data entered in google sheets syncs to QuickBase when I click the sync to pipelines button. My goal now is to get Google sheets to sync to QB right when a google sheets row is updated (without me clicking the button).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just a wild guess, but some external triggers are not live. They may take several minutes to trigger as they "poll" to check for changes every say 5 minutes if so. Maybe that connection is one of those type.
