Qunect backup Error
I'm trying to connect Qunect back with QuickBase to extract the data but unfortunately the encountered below error, Can any one help me to troubleshoot this?

- Sorry - don't know the answer to your question (not an IT guy and I don't use Qunect).
That being said, the first link is a list of all the SSL certs. The second link is the download link for the specific cert that Quick Base pointed me to. Sorry couldn't be more help. - But when it comes to enterprise, As a Quick Base administrator I'm not gonna manage all these SSL certifications.
So, If I want to integrate Qunect to Quick Base do i need to contact ssl administrator of my org or Qunect to provide one ?
Thanks in Advance! - I don't know if it's related but I was getting a "Certificate not validated" error this morning when I was trying to get a 3rd party software to talk to Quick Base. This was the response they sent:
We removed the root certificate from our chain this morning, as it is not needed and adds additional bytes to our SSL negotiations.
You should be able to download the Root certificate from GoDaddy and install it on your 3rd party app to get around this issue:
