Qrew LegendNo problem. There a description box at the top of the report settings. Then turn on the checkbox to display to users.

Its a prefiltering report, where the user enters values on the required fields, later the report will be display with the description too.
I want to add text field at the point of prefiltering, please help

I don't think there is a way to show that back to the user.
