On the other thought I have is that QuickBase differentiates between fields that evaluate to 0 and Fields that evaluate to null. Perhaps that field for Resin is evaluating to null as opposed to zero. You could either change that field to ensure that blanks are being treated as null if that field is as a result of a summary field. Or if you want to go brute force you can wrap each of your addition terms in Nz to force nulls to be treated as zeros). I try to avoid that myself as it makes the formula look messy but since we are grasping at straws here for ideas, try this
Nz([field 1])+
Nz([field 2])+
Nz(field 3]) etc....
