5 years agoQuickBase cannot natively send out email notifications based on formula Fields which changed due to the passage of time.
The only native tool we have in QuickBase which can run things based on a certain time of day is a pipeline. You could probably contrive a pipe line that would run every hour (Well in fact, you would have to create your perfect pipeline and then copy it eight or nine times to cover every hour of the day) And this would then need to update records which are past due in order to trigger an email.

Thanks Mark. But that will be a lot of step run consumption for us since most of our activities are short term.

Well QuickBase does not natively support Subscriptions based on the time of day. I guess that you will need to calculate how many step runs would be used if it runs every hours for 10 hours a day, for example.

Look at Juiced Triggers.

Their Scheduled Trigger can be set to the minute. I use them to check and uncheck a field which then fires a Notification. Very easy.
