Hey Mark, that thread was immensely helpful. I used the rich text field formula you provided and now it is spitting out QR codes related to each record. Next step is figuring out how to turn the record field that the QR redirects to into a usable page with buttons that technicians could use simply. We are finally making some progress over here.
