Danaya, I've done this so much but  you have this fun twist that I had never worked on. I went and made an app with 3 tables Meetings, Users and Clients. Then I made a field called Meeting Time/Date and put it together so that it accommodates the user and client times zones along with daylight savings down to the day. I think it is finished but my brain got a little tired during testing.  Anyway I have an app and can give you access to it as an admin where you can see test it and learn how it is put together so you can replicate it yourself.  All I need is an email address so I can add you.
