How to force running pipeline steps synchronously

Thanks Jeff. I was unaware of that functionality and I'm not seeing it amongst the available pipeline channels. Sorry to bother you but can you point me to a resource on how to add a pause step? Thanks

You are able to use the Clock channel in Quickbase to help add a pause of up to 30 minutes to a Pipelines.
