Qrew Legend... hence my question as to if you have any records in your data which have values matching the criteria in the report filter. If there is no data in the child records' field for enrollment date, then the report will be blank.
Perhaps you need to lookup the Enrollment date field down from the Parent record down to the child record, using a lookup field on the Relationship
