        Are you trying this with a formula rich-text or with the built in rich-text for the form element itself? I cannot seem to find a setting in the new forms that allows you to dictate the behavior of the hyperlink. If you're already using the formula-rich text then it all seems fine. You might just consider using a formula-rich text instead of the native form element since it doesn't appear to have been adapted yet to handle the link behavior on the new forms.
