Jessica, are you saying that the user has two Quickbase userids? or are you saying that based on something on a record, the outlook email needs to come from 1 of 2 mail addresses for that single user?

At this stage the user only has one userid but two emails that need to be sent out via QB. Is there a way that when he is in a record he can select which email address / pipeline account to send the email from?

Sure, you say that the filter on the Pipeline is the record owner.
You can make a a field on the form for the user to select or enter an override and then have a formula use the override or else the email of the record owner, if there is no override. Then filter the pipeline based in that formula field.
