Use IF Statement in RTFfield to dispaly images

Hi, Is it possible to use a IF statement in a Formula RTF as per below, as I am getting a syntax error. IF( [Funds Remaining Total Contract]0>=,"<img src=\"https://images.quickbase.com/si/24/22...

Check the placement of the first zero in the formula.  It's in the wrong  side of the >=
