Read only possibility for a column on Grid Edit

Question

I have a report where some of the columns are filled by users (report exposed to them). I would like to make those columns read only after data is populated for the first time, no edit should be permitted. Users are doing the grid edit for the updates.

Would like to know if columns can be shown as read only once data is populated. Looking this for Grid edit mode only as we can do it in the Form mode.

I tried at my end checking other ways, but was unsuccessful. I think you can submit this as a ticket to QB
