Realm Admin to get Switch User option.

I was just told by Support that I would have to make our developer/integrator a realm admin in order to get the Switch User option in Pipelines. Our previous integrator became suddenly unavailable, an...

This is a known issue.  You have the not so good choices to either use a Service Account to own all your pipelines and all developers share those credentials (not good to share credentials) or else allow that extreme access level.

All I can suggest a User Feedback so they find a solution for us on a more urgent basis.

    Thanks for confirming the situation. I also provided feedback. The system seems to have groups or roles, we just can't create new ones.

    Our team uses a shared account. It's a pretty terrible way to run things, but better than realm-admin.  maybe.
