I don't think that that More .... Copy button can be suppressed if the user has Permission to Add Records. Do they need to have Permissions to Add Record?

Hi Mark
Yes they have permission to Add via an EOTI form but these particular staff have access to view the calendar which when they click on an entry it will take them to a blank form BUT then has the ability to copy / duplicate the entry.

I don't think there's a way to remove that button by every individual field on the form as a property as to whether it should be copied when the record is copied. So you could do select the checkbox and all the fields.
you could also make some of the fields required, and that way if they do try to copy the form, the record won't save.

Thanks Mark. I have unchecked each field to NOT Copy, so if / when they do click on the copy it creates an ADD form with empty fields.
There should be a option to turn that off or the calendar record to be view only...
Thanks
