I have created the basic summary report but I what I actually need is to have the three columns to the right, actually be rows. So I want Vendor and year and then under year, I want the next three columns to be rows.

This is actually what I'm looking to see on the report.

| Total # of Clean Claims | 3 |
| Service Lines | 2 |
| Providers Paid | 3 |
| % of Claims Adjudicated within 30 Days | 90% |
This looks more like a record displayed on a form for a single Vendor as opposed to a report. You can make a table report and then print it, but slow down when printing and observe that it will let you print one record per page. Try that!
