Report for field text data

Good morning, I need help creating a report that let's us know when something is NOT billed.

How do we bill?

We have an entry area that allows the person to manually type what they want billed.
How do I create a report that shows me when nothing is typed in?

    no problem, just make a report filter where

    [my field for entry area that allows the person to manually type what they want billed] is equal to ...,. and just leave the box blank.
