Already have that part handled. What I need to do is calculate the number of tickets per day.

Qrew LegendWell, you can either just make a Summary report and group by day or else use excel to load up a table for all the dates for the next 10 years, set the Key field to be the the Date field and then make a Relationship back to the Tickets table Then use summary fields to calculate various totals like # of Tickets and Tickets with Issues.
