Resizing Images

Good day,

I hope all is well.

Is there any way when pasting an image into a rich text field to resize it using your cursor? As in, selecting the border and resizing it that way instead of having to right click and go to image properties and resize from there? 

We're having troubles with sometimes inserting screenshots that exceed the capacity and the entire website lags after that and we have to restart.
