Rich Text field format

Is there a way to make a Rich text field hold formatting (sort of WYSIWYG)

Example.  If I am grid editing I type this (4th column)

and it shows up as this


I know I can type the necessary <p> and/or <br> to get it to format, but I am building this table for folks who won't (or won't have the knowledge base) to do that.

    Seems like a programming bug. When I edit a record individually like you did in grid edit and then I go into grid edit here is what is in the text field (I did not type the <p></p>'s BTW):
