- Thank you for your quick response. The field is automatically populated so how do I make it only do bold red text on the word "From"? Can this be done with a formula rich text field?

I'm not sure I understand your exact use case, however the code above may be used in a formula rich text field to produce Bold Red Text similar to below.
Note: The code must be enclosed in double quotes - So the field gets populated by another app and brings in email chains. The email chains are all grouped together. I want the formula to basically say if "From:" exists in the field make it bold and red.
- Can you post an example of the inbound raw email?
- Here is a sample. If it was a chain it would have "From:" several times.
